Step 1: Complete the West Michigan Premier FC Financial Assistance Form - Fill out and submit the Financial Assistance Form. This allows us to assess your eligibility for scholarships, customized payment plans, or other support options to help make participation possible.
Step 2: Submit by the Deadline - All financial assistance requests must be submitted by July 15 for consideration for the upcoming season. Each request will be carefully reviewed, and applicants will be notified of their status as soon as possible.
