West Michigan Premier FC’s soccer leadership supports our coaches and provides direction for player development across the club. This includes coach recruitment, education and mentorship; player and team placement; curriculum and program development; and maintaining alignment with MP’s values and playing philosophy. Our goal is to create an appropriately competitive, supportive, and development-focused experience for players at every level.
